The DOE has issued a notice of intent to award an Aurora-derived powerhouse at Eielson Air Force Base. The award is not final.
What it is
The Department of Energy has announced its intent to award Oklo a contract for an Aurora-derived powerhouse to supply Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. It would be a government customer for Oklo's technology, separate from the Idaho first unit.
Why it matters to the stock. A government award would add a second named customer and show that the Aurora design can be adapted for military sites.
