Pluto test reactor

Pluto is a plutonium-fueled test reactor Oklo is developing under the DOE Reactor Pilot Program. It is an earlier-stage project than Aurora and has not reported a build date.

Why it matters to the stock. Pluto is a test platform for fuel and design work that could support later Aurora deployments. It is a long-dated option, not a near-term revenue source.
