What it is

Oklo and Meta agreed to support a nuclear campus of up to 1.2 GW on 206 acres of former Department of Energy land in Pike County, Ohio, to supply grids serving Meta's data centers. Meta's prepayment mechanism is meant to fund fuel procurement and Phase 1 of the project. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Why it matters to the stock. This is Oklo's first announced large-scale customer commitment for Aurora-class power and the clearest sign of commercial demand. Trading interest is in how much of the 1.2 GW becomes contracted revenue.
